We’re super proud of our skills-based salary bandings which gives AOers in our contact centre the chance to move up the ranks.
Every 3 months, our customer service specialists will assessed on a combination of performance, targets and skills and can move up the different levels (with a salary increase each time) until they reach Expert level – which comes with a basic salary of £31,000, plus bonus!
It’s not just our customers we want to keep happy, we want our AOers to have a permanent smile too. Our contact centre’s calendar is loaded with awards days, incentives, and social activities to keep hearts pumping and recognition front of mind. When you do a good job, you can be sure you’ll be rewarded for it.
