About The Role
At AO, we’re passionate about great service, not only to our customers but also our suppliers and stakeholders! As a Manufacturer Quality Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of making sure our suppliers are delivering top-notch service. You’ll keep a close eye on supplier performance (including spotting any faulty appliances), listen in on calls to see how both suppliers and our agents are doing, and stay up to date with any changes to manufacturer SLAs and our own internal processes.
Communication is key—you’ll be sharing results with teams across the business, feeding back to suppliers and agents, and working together to improve where needed. You’ll also be the go-to contact for any escalations from the contact centre, support supplier performance reviews with useful insights, and lend a hand with day-to-day admin tasks.
Our people are our superpower, and we’re unstoppable when we’re together! We want your ideas to flow, and what better way to make that happen than being based onsite, 5 days a week, where our culture fuels creativity, collaboration and growth. If a £1 bet in the pub between two friends can become the UKs most trusted electrical retailer, imagine what else can be achieved when we we’re together!
