About The Role
We’re looking for a Network Team Lead to take ownership of our network services across AO and this isn’t a hands-off leadership role! You’ll be right in the thick of it, leading from the front and getting stuck into the tech alongside your team.
From warehouses to offices to cloud platforms, you’ll help keep our networks fast, secure, and always on. You’ll play a big part in shaping how we improve and evolve things to, bringing your real world experience into decisions that move us forward.

Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
- Leading from the front as the go-to for complex network issues
- Staying hands-on with troubleshooting, config, and day-to-day support
- Supporting and developing a small team of engineers
- Keeping our network stable, secure, and performing across all sites
- Delivering network changes and supporting projects and rollouts
- Working closely with other tech teams and partners to get things done
- Driving improvements in monitoring, standards, and security
A Few Things About You
- Strong hands-on experience across enterprise networking (LAN, WAN, WiFi, firewalls)
- Solid Fortinet firewall experience
- Good working knowledge of AWS networking (VPCs, routing, security groups, hybrid setups)
- Experience supporting and guiding engineers in a team environment
- Great troubleshooting skills—you enjoy getting to the bottom of issues
- Experience working across multi-site environments
- Confidence working with third-party suppliers or MSPs
